Purpose
This Contribution Policy outlines why participants in the Readiness Blueprint are required to make a contribution, what the contribution supports, and the commitments Career Bridge Foundation makes in return.
Principle
Career Bridge is a social enterprise. We do not charge for jobs or employment. We invest in readiness — real skills, real simulations, real experience, and verifiable portfolios. Contributions help us make this pathway accessible, sustainable, and impactful.
Why Contributions Are Mandatory
Delivering the Readiness Blueprint includes direct operational costs such as:
• Licensing and platform fees
• Cisco Networking Academy learning delivery
• Simulation costs powered by Job Simulator AI
• External vetting tools and identity-check providers
• PMO and community facilitation
• Microtask coordination and portfolio review
• Infrastructure, hosting, and support systems
We require a contribution to:
• Maintain quality of delivery
• Provide fair access to training and simulations
• Sustain operations as a non-profit social enterprise
• Enable scaling to support underrepresented groups
What Contributions Are NOT
• They are not job placement fees
