• Vetting tools, API checks, and safeguarding verification

• Community platform hosting

• PMO guidance, portfolio review, and support

• Programme team, admin, and coordination efforts

• Talent readiness infrastructure (Airtable, Zoho Recruit, Circle, ClickUp)

What We Do Not Do

• We do not use contributions to pay dividends

• We do not use contributions for unrelated commercial ventures

• We do not share your contribution with employers or recruitment agencies

• We do not use contributions as recruitment or placement fees

Reinvestment Policy

As a social enterprise, all surplus revenue is reinvested into:

• Expanding training access for underrepresented groups

• Creating new simulations and career pathways

• Supporting free and low-cost community events
