Career Bridge Foundation – Readiness Blueprint Learner Agreement

This agreement outlines your responsibilities as a participant and our commitment as a social enterprise.

1. Purpose of the Programme

The Readiness Blueprint is designed to help you build skills, experience, simulations, and a verified portfolio. It does not guarantee employment.

2. Contribution Requirement

You agree that the contribution you make is for programme access, training, simulations, and support services. It is not a job placement fee.

3. Learning & Engagement Requirements

You agree to:

• Complete the Readiness Blueprint self-certification checklist

• Complete required training modules

• Engage in simulations and microtasks

• Maintain honesty and integrity at all times

• Submit accurate information, documents, and assessments

• Uphold professionalism within the community

• Respect confidentiality and safeguarding protocols

4. Job Simulator AI Usage

The first three simulations are included. Additional simulations must be purchased directly on the Job Simulator AI platform.
